Do we take custom orders?

Absolutely !!! We love creating one of a kind gifts that are unique & highly personalized. Please include as much detail as possible when submitting an order, or feel free to reach out to us before you order to make sure we have all the details of your request. 

 

Do we offer bulk discounts? 

Yes we do !!! Just email us and include the total quantity and thought process of the goal in mind. We specialize in creating gifts for weddings, corporate gifts, any any special occasion requiring large amounts of items. 

 

What is the turnaround time?

Within 7 business days we strive to have our products completed and ready to be shipped out. On larger or custom orders, please expect an additional 1-2 weeks before the items are ready for shipping. 

 

Returns or Exchanges. 

We strive for excellence in all the items we build, and our goal is to create a piece as unique and beautiful as we can. Due to the nature of our items being custom built, we cannot accept returns or exchanges, but please reach out to us if you have problems with your order.
